渋川市とローガン市の友好都市提携協定書

姉妹都市提携

  日本国群馬県渋川市とオーストラリア連邦クイーンズランド州ローガン市は、環太平洋地域における隣人として、相互に友好親善を進め、ひいては世界の平和と繁栄に貢献することを願い、ここに友好都市として提携することを協定する。

  今後両市は、将来にわたって教育・文化・スポーツ等のあらゆる分野における交流を発展させるため努力する。

  この友好交流の進展が、両市民間の友情の絆を強め、幸福に満ちた豊かな未来をもたらすことを願う。

  以上の合意を確認し、渋川市民及びローガン市民を代表して、ここに署名する。

Sister City Agreement

The Cities of Logan,Queensland,Australia and Shibukawa, Gunma, Japan,

in recognition of their status as fellow members of the Pacific Rim

Region: to further friendship between their residents ; and to contribute to world peace and prosperity ; hereby declare themselves Sister Cities.

Logan and Shibukawa agree to promote mutual exchange in the fields of

education, culture and sports with the aim of deepening international

understanding and trust ; strengthen the bond’’s of friendships between

their residents ; and contribute to the well-being and prosperity of both cities.

In witness thereof, we, the duly appointed representatives of Logan and

Shibukawa, hereby sign this declaration.
